Balmoral has a disabled toilet facility on the main deck. The gangways leading onto the ship are ridged and therefore wheelchair passengers may have to be lifted onto the ship.
The crew are happy to assist wheelchair & less-agile passengers to negotiate the different areas of the vessels. There are only relatively steep stairs leading between the different decks but crew can help negotiate these areas.
Due to weight restrictions on board the ship, they can generally only carry five wheelchairs at any one time. Call in advance if there are any queries.
