Bristol Parkway (South Gloucestershire - Filton) This is a fully staffed mainline station. The ticket office is step free and all platforms and facilities are accessible by means of lifts. The lift to platform 1 is currently unavailable. Customers who would normally use the lift are advised to contact the station staff, as assistance is required to gain access to the platform. This is an unstaffed station but it is step free throughout

Patchway

Station Road, Patchway, South Gloucestershire, BS34 6LP

This is an unstaffed station; there is no wheelchair access to trains and the only step free access is to the eastbound platform. The westbound platform is reached by a stepped footbridge.

Severn Beach

Severn Beach Road, Severn Beach, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, BS35 4PQ

This is an unstaffed station, but access to the platforms is step free.

St Andrews Road

St Andrews Road, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 9HS

This is an unstaffed station. No wheelchair access is available to trains. Access to platforms is via a footbridge with 72 steps.

Yate Area

Badminton Road, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 5JF

This station is only staffed between 07:00 and 11:00 on weekday mornings, weekends closed. Although there is step free access to both platforms, access from the car park to the northbound platform is across a main road and a long access ramp.
